APPLICATION

Application of the transparent aqueous solution by atomization, vaporization and / or spraying with the wioWATERJET range creating a thin film on the surface to be treated. This protective film is super hydrophilic, it prevents the adherence of particles and liquids, creating a repellent, self-cleaning effect, being able to remove surface dirt with water. Its repellent and self-cleaning properties applied to facades, windows, vehicles ... allow their surfaces to always remain clean with the rain and do not require cleaning or maintenance services. In turn, its application on textiles, avoid staining by liquid spillage, being especially suitable for industrial, professional and sports equipment.

PROPERTIES

Protection, disinfection, sanitization and self-cleaning of treated surfaces.

Clean is not the same as disinfected. An apparently clean surface can contain a large number of bacteria, germs and contaminants that are harmful to health.

wioCLEAN protects treated surfaces for a long time: bacteria, viruses, pathogens ... a revolutionary innocuous nanotechnology that permanently, sustainably and ecologically eliminates 99.9% of viruses, bacteria, allergens, mold, odors and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) on treated surfaces.

The cold catalyst decomposition reaction does not require UV rays, high temperature or high pressure for air pollution control.

The main components of the catalyst in transparent aqueous format, titanium dioxide with silver, are common additives in food and pharmaceutical products, they are not toxic, corrosive or flammable. The catalytic reaction creates free radicals -OH with a high oxidizing power, instantly eliminating biofilms from different surfaces, eliminating: viruses, bacteria, allergens, mold, odors, VOCs ... by 99.97%. The resulting reaction is water and carbon dioxide. It does not produce any secondary contamination. It is a cutting-edge safe and ecological product.

During the catalytic reaction, the catalyst does not participate directly in the reaction so it does not deteriorate or consume.To evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment we have the illuminometer technology that allows reading the degree of sanitation of the treated surfaces, its unit being the URL -relative unit of light-.
